Gerald Horkan

Gerry’s career has focused on the technology and media industries, as a General Partner at Crispin Capital, a Senior Vice President at Yahoo!, and a Partner at Booz Allen & Hamilton. He started his career as an engineer at Hewlett Packard, and spent a number of years working in Asia. He speaks Japanese.

Gerry holds a BS in electrical engineering from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard University. He serves on the Columbia Engineering Board of Visitors and the Columbia Engineering Development Council (EDC). He previously served as the board chair of Crystal Springs Uplands School and as the treasurer for the Hillsborough Schools Foundation.
