Michael Hall

’84 CC, ’85; MANAGING PARTNER, YUKON PARTNERS

Michael Hall is a founder of Yukon Partners and currently serves as a Managing Partner.  Yukon Partners provides mezzanine capital to middle market companies in the United States and Canada in amounts ranging from $10 to $40 million via several private equity funds under active management.  Previously Mr. Hall was a partner at Norwest Mezzanine Partners (July 2000 to February 2008) with overall responsibility for the operation of the funds.  From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Hall was a Partner with Churchill Capital.  Mr. Hall was previously a Vice President with the Corporate Finance Group of Heller Financial in New York, the Corporate Group of Security Pacific Bank in Los Angeles, and the Corporate Group of Wells Fargo Bank in New York and Los Angeles.

Mr. Hall earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College in 1984, his Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science in 1985, and his Masters Degree in Business Administration from New York University Stern School of Business in 1990.

Mr. Hall has served on the Board of Directors of many private companies on behalf of Churchill Capital Partners and Norwest Mezzanine Partners and currently serves on several Boards on behalf of Yukon Partners. Mr. Hall is on the Board of Directors of the Northern Star Council, Boy Scouts of America.
